I am a total grazer when it comes to food, and I LOVE to make my own snacks! This trail mix takes just 5 minutes to make, and it is perfect for keeping me fueled throughout my busy day!
1/2c raw pumpkin or sunflower seeds
3/4c raw walnuts
1/2c raw cashews
1/2c raw almonds
1c goji berries
1/2c mulberries
1/2c unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4c cacao nibs (I love cacao nibs; I put a tablespoon of these little gems in my smoothies every day!)
Place all of your ingredients into a large bowl and mix together; store in a Mason Jar in the fridge!
