Start Your Day Off Hydrated and Energized with a Glass of Water


Did you know that starting your day by drinking a glass of water revs up your metabolism, flushes out toxins, and fuels your brain?

I can definitely tell the difference in my body and brain on the days I start with a glass of water versus the days I don’t. Try placing a glass of water on your bedside table before you go to bed tonight and drink it before you get out of bed tomorrow morning.

Here’s a great detox tip- adding lemon to your water helps with digestion and promotes healthy skin. It also will help you feel alert and energized. Slice up a lemon into wedges and keep it in your fridge; this way you will always have fresh lemons on hand to squeeze into your water.
