It's OK to Feel....

With all that is going on, it's OK to feel:

  • Calm

  • Happy

  • Curious

  • Anxious

  • Sad

  • Uncertain

  • Stressed

  • Tired

  • Peaceful

  • Angry

  • Joyful

  • Hopeful



And today, I give you permission to FEEL your emotions

EXPERIENCE them And BE HUMAN And there is one thing I want you to remember... YOU are NOT your feelings! So if you want to:

  • Cry

  • Laugh

  • Sleep in

  • Take a nap

  • Take a bath

  • Cook something yummy

  • Breathe

  • Do yoga

  • Take a break

  • Have sex (with yourself or your partner)

  • Read a book

  • Communicate

  • Reach out

  • Ask for help

  • Dance

  • Express 

  • Beat or scream into your pillow

  • Love

  • Connect

Do you! And whatever it takes to express yourself and process your emotions during this time You are a spirital being having a human experience A human who HAS feelings And remember....those feelings are not WHO you ARE! You are:

  • Empowered

  • Loving

  • Generous

  • Capable

  • Grateful

  • Grounded

  • Accomplished

  • Creative

  • Limitless

  • Brave

  • Committed

  • Enough

  • Worthy

  • Powerful

  • Strong

  • Gifted
